Essential Functions/Responsibilities: • Generate new Worksight monthly and yearly accounts. • Determine customer needs in order to recommend solutions • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes • Attend team meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and goals • Follow company policies in regards to both conduct and performance.

Required Skills:
Highly energetic, persuasive, honest, empathetic, and self-motivated • Able to repetitively overcome objections from potential customers. • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative problem-solving skills • Prior sales experience required Minimum Qualifications: • High School Diploma/ GED • Computer Literate • 2 yrs. Minimum phone sales and B2B experience
