Customer Service Representative

We currently have two positions open. We are seeking English and bilingual spanish/english customer service agents.
When we think about the type of people who work here, and the type of people we want to hire, a few things come to mind: It's always good to hire someone that has had experience in the network marketing world. We also want someone who has had experience in customer service, phone sales, or face to face selling; One who has a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Someone who is positive, happy, and personable; Being personable is huge. We want people who can communicate smoothly, graciously, and who can engage with the customer; Someone who is a quick learner. There is quite a bit of information that you need to know for the job, but someone who can learn quickly and apply things quickly will do just fine. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of order processing systems and Word Processing software.
Though it is a customer service job, it's not an ordinary customer service position. You'll take inbound and outbound calls, which vary in their content. This changes up the work day and keeps each day from becoming a mundane maze of madness. You will have the opportunity to help manage customer accounts, educate our customers about the product and compensation plan, and give them advice in order to further their own business. It's awesome because you really begin to build relationships with those you speak with, creating a family and friendship feel. This family-like atmosphere extends into the workplace, and makes work a place where you actually want to be. We are a fast growing company.
